Data Deletion Instructions

This page describes how to request the deletion of personal information that ArcAlpha Technologies, LLC (“ArcAlpha,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may have obtained about you through Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), other third-party integrations, or directly through our Service. It supplements our Privacy Policy and applies in addition to any rights you have under applicable law (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act).

1. What data we obtain through Meta platforms

ArcAlpha uses Meta's Graph API to publish our own educational content (posts, Reels, and similar) to ArcAlpha-owned Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts. We operate as a one-way publisher of our own content. In the ordinary course of this activity, we do not collect, store, or process personal information about users who view, follow, like, comment on, or otherwise interact with our Meta content. Such interactions are processed by Meta on its own platforms under Meta's privacy policies, not by us.

We do not read Facebook or Instagram messages or direct messages. We do not import follower lists, contact information, or profile data into our systems. We do not target advertising based on Meta user data through these integrations.

2. If you believe we hold data about you

If, despite the foregoing, you believe that ArcAlpha holds personal information about you that was obtained through a Meta platform or any other third-party integration, you may request that we delete that information by sending us an email with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” to:

Please include in your request:

  • your full name;
  • the email address, social media handle, or other identifier you believe we may have associated with you;
  • the platform or integration through which you believe we obtained your information (for example, Facebook, Instagram, our website, or another source); and
  • a brief description of the data you are asking us to delete.

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request to prevent unauthorized deletion of another person's data. We will respond to verifiable requests within thirty (30) days, or sooner where required by applicable law.

3. Data we cannot delete on your behalf

ArcAlpha cannot delete data that is held by Meta, other social platforms, or other third parties about your activity on those platforms. To delete posts, comments, profile data, or other content held by Meta:

If you have an ArcAlpha account (created on our website or in our app), you may delete that account and the personal information associated with it at any time by signing in and following the “Delete Account” flow in account settings, or by emailing hello@arcalpha.io. Our Privacy Policy describes the categories of personal information we collect when you use the Service, the legal bases for processing, and your rights under applicable law.
