Effective Date: May 12, 2026
Last Updated: May 12, 2026
ArcAlpha Technologies, LLC (“ArcAlpha”) is a market analytics and educational platform for self-directed users. These Risk Disclosures explain important limitations of the Service and the risks associated with relying on market analytics, technical observations, educational content, and historical information.
Please read these disclosures carefully before using the Service.
These disclosures describe the intended scope of the Service as actually offered. If a feature is not enabled or not available to users, these disclosures should not be read to imply that such feature is live.
1. Educational and Informational Purposes Only
ArcAlpha provides impersonal market analytics, charting, commentary, alerts, newsletters, briefings, and educational tools for general informational and educational purposes only.
ArcAlpha does not provide:
- investment advice;
- legal advice;
- tax advice;
- brokerage services;
- portfolio management;
- financial planning;
- discretionary account management; or
- personalized recommendations.
ArcAlpha is not your investment adviser, broker-dealer, fiduciary, or agent.
Nothing on the Service should be interpreted as a recommendation, solicitation, or advice to buy, sell, hold, enter, exit, or roll any security, option, or strategy.
The Service consists of educational content and market commentary of general applicability and is not designed to provide individualized investment advice.
2. No Personalized Advice; No Suitability Determination
ArcAlpha's content and outputs are impersonal. They are not tailored to your:
- financial situation;
- investment objectives;
- risk tolerance;
- time horizon;
- holdings;
- account size;
- tax status; or
- suitability needs.
ArcAlpha does not determine whether any security, market view, chart pattern, strategy, or other content is suitable or appropriate for you, and ArcAlpha does not determine whether any action would be in your best interest.
You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any information available through the Service is relevant to your own circumstances.
3. No Execution, No Custody, No Discretion
ArcAlpha does not:
- place or execute trades for you;
- submit, route, or transmit orders;
- pre-populate order tickets;
- hold customer funds or securities;
- accept discretionary authority over your account; or
- make trading or investment decisions on your behalf.
Any decision to act on information available through the Service is made solely by you, through your own broker or other financial intermediary.
4. Alerts, Scores, Labels, and Analytics Are Not Recommendations
The Service may display alerts, scores, rankings, labels, classifications, market-state descriptions, chart-reference levels, or similar outputs generated by algorithms or rules-based systems using publicly available or licensed market data.
These outputs are:
- informational observations only;
- general in nature;
- not personalized advice; and
- not recommendations to enter into any transaction.
Any score, classification, or label should be understood as an analytical output, not a guarantee, promise, or instruction.
5. Chart Reference Levels Are Educational Context Only
Where the Service displays chart-reference levels, pivot levels, support / resistance zones, or similar technical context, those items are shown solely as educational market context.
They are not:
- entry instructions;
- exit instructions;
- target prices;
- stop-loss instructions; or
- holding-period recommendations.
6. Market Risk; Risk of Loss
Investing and trading involve substantial risk, including the risk of loss of principal. Markets are volatile and may be affected by:
- company-specific developments;
- macroeconomic conditions;
- interest-rate changes;
- geopolitical events;
- liquidity changes;
- volatility spikes;
- earnings releases;
- regulatory developments; and
- market sentiment.
You can lose some or all of your investment. No content or output available through the Service guarantees future performance, profitability, or avoidance of loss.
7. Past Performance Does Not Guarantee Future Results
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Historical observations, prior outcomes, prior alerts, prior chart behavior, prior volatility patterns, and other retrospective information may not repeat. Market conditions change. A pattern, setup, or market state that historically coincided with certain outcomes may not do so in the future.
8. Historical Outcomes, Backtests, and Hypothetical Information
The Service may present historical pattern outcomes, prior alert observations, analytics, or similar performance-related content. Unless expressly identified otherwise, that information may be:
- hypothetical;
- backtested;
- simulated;
- model-derived; or
- based on historical pattern analysis.
Hypothetical and backtested information has inherent limitations. It does not necessarily reflect:
- actual trading;
- market impact;
- liquidity constraints;
- slippage;
- commissions or fees;
- taxes;
- execution timing;
- order-routing differences; or
- the effect of real-world human decision-making.
Different assumptions may produce materially different results. You must not treat hypothetical or historical information as a promise, projection, or guarantee of future performance.
9. Technical, Quantitative, and Model Risk
ArcAlpha uses analytical models, rules-based systems, scoring methods, and data-driven processes that may contain limitations, assumptions, simplifications, errors, or omissions.
Models and analytical outputs may be affected by:
- incomplete or inaccurate data;
- changes in market structure;
- overfitting or model limitations;
- latency or timing differences;
- software bugs;
- methodology changes;
- input errors; and
- assumptions that do not hold under future market conditions.
ArcAlpha may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue any model, score, label, methodology, or feature at any time.
10. Third-Party Data Risk
The Service may include data, charts, ratings, estimates, research inputs, or other content provided by third parties. The Service's coverage is currently limited to U.S.-listed equities across daily, weekly, and intraday timeframes; the Service does not provide options chains, futures, cryptocurrencies, or non-U.S. securities. Third-party content may be:
- delayed;
- incomplete;
- inaccurate;
- unavailable;
- revised; or
- withdrawn without notice.
ArcAlpha does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of third-party data or content. Market data, financial data, and related content is licensed from third-party data providers, remains the exclusive intellectual property of those providers, and is provided to users solely for personal, non-commercial use during an active subscription. Users may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, broadcast, or otherwise make available any data received through the Service to any third party, and may not retain such data beyond the period of their active subscription, except as expressly permitted in writing by ArcAlpha. Some market data may be real-time, delayed, or end-of-day depending on the data source, data type, and subscription tier; users should not rely solely on data displayed through the Service for time-sensitive trading decisions.
11. No Legal, Tax, Accounting, or Professional Advice
ArcAlpha does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. You should consult your own licensed advisers before making decisions with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or investment consequences.

- evaluating risk;
- deciding whether and how to act; and
- monitoring your own positions and accounts.
ArcAlpha has no duty to monitor your account, portfolio, or positions, and no obligation to warn you of losses, or update you regarding any security or market condition. ArcAlpha does not update or revise any output based on changes in a user's financial circumstances.
13. No Advisory, Brokerage, or Fiduciary Relationship
Your use of the Service does not create:
- an investment-advisory relationship;
- a brokerage relationship;
- a fiduciary relationship;
- an agency relationship; or
- any other professional-client relationship between you and ArcAlpha.
14. Platform Availability and Technology Risk
The Service may be unavailable, delayed, degraded, interrupted, or affected by:
- internet outages;
- software bugs;
- maintenance;
- cyber incidents;
- third-party service failures;
- broker or data-vendor outages;
- API changes; or
- force majeure events.
ArcAlpha does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
15. Regulatory and Tax Consequences
Transactions you choose to make may have securities-law, commodities-law, tax, margin, reporting, or other regulatory consequences. ArcAlpha is not responsible for those consequences and does not monitor compliance obligations associated with your trading or investing activity.
16. Age Restriction
The Service is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old.
ArcAlpha does not knowingly permit persons under 18 to create accounts or use the Service. ArcAlpha also does not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without legally required consent.
17. Privacy Notice
Your use of the Service is also subject to ArcAlpha's Privacy Policy. Commercial websites and online services that collect personal information from California consumers are required to post a conspicuous privacy policy. ArcAlpha's Privacy Policy should be reviewed together with these Risk Disclosures.
